David T. Pursiano

David T. Pursiano is a managing partner of Pursiano Barry Bruce Demetriades Simon LLP and licensed to practice law in Nevada and California. He received his B.A. at the University of Oregon and J.D. from the University of San Diego. During Mr. Pursiano’s 35 plus years of practice he has represented residential and commercial clients in the areas of bankruptcy, construction law, construction defect litigation, and insurance coverage disputes. He devotes his practice to representing residential and commercial real property owners with construction defect, breach of contract, and insurance coverage disputes. He resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, and his firm litigates construction defect matters on behalf of condominium associations and homeowners throughout Florida, Nevada, and California.

Laurel L. Barry

Laurel L. Barry is a partner of Pursiano Barry Bruce Demetriades Simon LLP and licensed to practice law in Nevada and California. She received her B.A. at the University of San Francisco and J.D. from California Western School of Law. During Ms. Barry’s 25 plus years of practice, she has represented residential and commercial clients in the areas of construction law, construction defect litigation, complex personal injury and community association disputes. She devotes her practice to representing residential and commercial real property owners with construction defect, breach of contract, and community association disputes. She resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, and her firm litigates construction defect matters on behalf of condominium associations and homeowners throughout Florida, Nevada, and California.

W. Todd Demetriades

W. Todd Demetriades is a partner with Pursiano Barry Bruce Demetriades Simon LLP and licensed to practice law in Florida. He received his B.A. at Northwestern University and J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law. During Mr. Demetriades’ 20 plus years of practice, he has represented residential and commercial real property owners, governmental entities, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and individuals with litigation matters involving construction defect claims and breach of contract claims.

Mr. Demetriades practices regularly in state and federal court as well as alternative dispute forums such as arbitrations and mediations.  He is licensed to practice in the state of Florida and is admitted in all federal district courts within the state. In addition, Mr. Demetriades has served on the Civil Procedure Rules Committee of the Florida Bar as well as its subcommittee on Electronic Discovery.

Jason Wayne Bruce

Jason Bruce is a partner with Pursiano Barry Bruce Demetriades Simon LLP and licensed to practice law in Arizona, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Nevada and Washington. He received his B.A. and M.A. from the University of Nevada and his J.D. from the University of Denver School of Law. During Mr. Bruce’s professional practice, he has represented owners, associations, developers, contractors and design professionals in complex construction law disputes. Since 2002, he has devoted his practice to representing condominium and townhome associations in construction defect matters as well as single-family homeowners in large joinder and class actions. He currently resides in Winter Park, Florida.

Robert L. Simon

Robert L. Simon is a partner with Pursiano Barry Bruce Demetriades Simon LLP and licensed to practice law in Florida. He received his B.A. from the University of Florida and J.D. at the University of Miami. During Mr. Simon’s 21 plus years of practice, he has represented residential and commercial real property clients with litigation involving construction defect, breach of contract, eminent domain, and land use and development matters. Mr. Simon resides in Orlando, Florida.

Andrew J. Celauro

Andrew J. Celauro is an associate with Pursiano Barry Bruce Demetriades Simon LLP. He received his B.S. from the University of Florida and J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. He has practiced law throughout Florida and the greater Orlando area since 2011. Prior to joining Pursiano Barry Bruce Demetriades Simon LLP, Mr. Celauro represented professional architects and engineers in complex construction cases, litigated numerous contractual and business disputes, represented both landlords and tenants in lease disputes and eviction matters, and served as in-house associate general counsel for a local automotive and commercial real estate company in Winter Park, Florida. Mr. Celauro currently devotes his practice to representing residential and commercial real property owners with construction defect and breach of contract litigation matters. He resides in Winter Park, Florida.
