W. Todd Demetriades is a partner with Pursiano Barry Bruce Demetriades Simon LLP and licensed to practice law in Florida. He received his B.A. at Northwestern University and J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law. During Mr. Demetriades’ 20 plus years of practice, he has represented residential and commercial real property owners, governmental entities, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and individuals with litigation matters involving construction defect claims and breach of contract claims.
Mr. Demetriades practices regularly in state and federal court as well as alternative dispute forums such as arbitrations and mediations. He is licensed to practice in the state of Florida and is admitted in all federal district courts within the state. Since 2002, he has devoted his practice to representing condominium and townhome associations in construction defect matters as well as single-family homeowners in large joinder and class actions. He currently resides in Winter Park, Florida.
